By 2017, the folks travelling towards Metropark and on the Federal Highway will begin experiencing a much smoother ride, with the opening of the 106 million ringgit dedicated link bridge that leads directly to Metropark’s doorstep. This means less time spent on the road, and more time spent taking long strolls in our Central Park.
The newly completed 9.2-acre Central Park with its 750-metre canal complete with bio-filtration systems, also boasts meandering cycling and jogging tracks, a pedestrian promenade and an F&B strip. All of which not only serves its purpose as a meeting point for work, life and play, but also makes for truly breath-taking views from the residential and commercial towers that surround it.
A new arrival in Metropark, the highly anticipated
GEMS International School opens in September 2017. Fully equipped with world-class facilities, the approximately 252,000 square foot campus will be able to accommodate up to 2,400 students aged from 3 years old all the way up to 18 years old.
This year, Tropicana Metropark celebrates the completion of Pandora Serviced Residences, the first of the residential phases that will welcome Metropark’s earliest residents in March.
